The history of the establishment of the Nursing Academy “GIRI SATRIA HUSADA” Wonogiri
The Giri Satria Husada Wonogiri Nursing Academy was established in 1995 in Wonogiri Regency and is located on Jl. Student Army No. 01 Joho Lor Giriwono Wonogiri. This academy was founded by the Giri Satria Husada foundation which was established on February 9, 1995 based on the Foundation's Deed of Establishment Number 20 in front of the official of the Deed Maker Ny. Moeslicatoen Rochaditomo, S.H.
This academy was granted a temporary permit for implementation by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia on April 10, 1995 with SK Number: HK.00.06.1.1.1121 and was extended with an extension permit for the provision of education from the Ministry of Health with Decree Number: HK. 03.2.411.2685 in July 2005. The academy underwent a transfer from the Ministry of Health to the Ministry of National Education on February 1, 2007 with the Decree of the Ministry of National Education Number 29/D/O/2007. The Giri Satria Nursing Academy is the only nursing college in Wonogiri Regency.
